Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone of you have written functions to import in octave
DICOM and DICOM-RT files.
DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine) is the standard
developed
by NEMA (www.nema.org) for system communication and data transfer in
medicine.
Commercial tools like Matlab v6.x and IDL recently started to support
DICOM and its radiotherapy
extension (DICOM-RT http://www.dclunie.com/).
With DICOM support octave would be of great interest to the medical
physics community.
Many thanks,
Emiliano Spezi
