problems compiling 2.1.36 on alphaev67-dec-0sf5.1 with gcc

Excuse me the nuisance, I have subscribed me to the help list, but 
not achievement that my 
messages are included in this list. From two weeks ago I am trying 
to compile Octave-2.1.36  and currently the process is stopped 
with the following 
error message: In constructor `octave_fstream::octave_fstream(const 
   std::string&, std::_Ios_Openmode, oct_mach_info::float_format)': no matching function for call to 
   std::char_traits<char> >::open(const char*, 
std::_Ios_Openmode&, int)'
candidates are: void 
   std::basic_fstream<_CharT, _Traits>::open(const char*, 
std::_Ios_Openmode = 
   (std::ios_base::in | std::ios_base::out)) [with _CharT = char, 
_Traits =
