use of octave. windows version

any time i tried to plot something i recived the message:

can't load gnuplot

warning: broken pipe

usage: plot (x)

           plot (x,y)

           plot (x2,y1,x2,y2)

           plot (x,y,fmt)

error called from _plt_ in file /usr/local/share/octave/2.1.31/m/plot/plt_.m

i am using octave windows version.
