How to run Simulink generated programs - Matlab 4? |

Hi all,
I thought that I had seen the answer to this question, but could not
find it in my Octave email history.
I have a program originally written in Simulink 1, with associated
Matlab 4, m.files.
I would like to somehow be able to convert the program into a format
suitable for Octave - and I don't really need the graphics front-end
that Simulink 1 provided.
Is there a way to do this, reasonably simply?
If not, can anyone recommend suitable software which runs under Linux,
into which I could re-draw the connectivities, muxes, demuxes, functions
etc?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
