I made a big mistake in my previous posting (Plotting a PCA with contours)
I presumed one could use
> normal_pdf(*somethingtodowitheigenvalue*,Mean_t(1,1),Var_t(1,1) )
for calculating the probability along the two principal axis of the
ellipse, but obviously Mean_t(1,1),Var_t(1,1) are derived from the data
columns in data-matrix t and have nothing to do with the PCA calculation.
