        Thank you for the help! I've installed xv. After that, I created the
simpe test m-file (it works well with Matlab):

c=[1 1 1;1 2 1;1 1 1];
imagesc(c);

And a xv window opened, with the xv presentation for unregistred users
and a text window:

no image...
