Problems with the plot "descriptive text"

Hello,

Can anyboy explain me, how can i change the "descriptive text" that
appears at the top right when i make a plot with diferents graphics?.
So i could change the name to each plot graphic.

Im not talking about the plot "labels" and "axis"
