AW: Win-32 port Octave and gnuplot

Today I had a problem similar to Mike Golub´s one 
(gnuplot no more working, "brocken pipe" error...)

In my case it was just because I had accidentally removed
the /bin directory with the copy of sh.exe. I put it back
and it worked.
