compile gnuplot make install under Cygnuswin got error, need help

at last step of ./configure

make

make install for gnuplot3.7.tar.gz under Cygnus.bat(bash-2.01)

I got

/Cygnus/B19/H-i386-cygwin32/bin/install -c gnuplot /usr/local/bin/gnuplot

/Cygnus/B19/H-i386-cygwin32/bin/install: gnuplot: No such files or directory

mke: *** [install]Error 1

Need your help, thanks in advance
