problem using bash to ./install-octave in window?

Dear octave installer on window platform:

 

    ftp://ftp.che.wisc.edu/pub/octave/BINARIES/gnu-win32/README.gnu-win32-install

 

   do the command ./install-octave (running bash)

 

I double click bash in cygnus/b19/bin/

then cd to /gnuwin32/b19/octave-2.0.13-i386-pc-cygwin32

to do ./install-octave

but I got

./install-octave: No such file or directory

 

I also tried /gnuwin32/b19/bin/sh install-octave

I just recieve a window dialog show not working

 

need and thanks your help on installing octave in window platform
