Octave version 2.0.16 is now available for ftp from ftp.che.wisc.edu
in the directory /pub/octave along with diffs from the previous
version.

This release fixes a serious bug that was introduced in the expm
fuction in version 2.0.15. Several other minor but annoying bugs have
also been fixed. There are no new features.
Octave is a high-level interactive language primarily intended for
numerical computations. It is mostly compatible with MATLAB.
