I have been using Octave for a couple of years now, and I find it
excellent. It has been running smooth until yesterday when I upgraded to
Red Hat 6.0 (for i386).
Now when I try to run octave the version-message comes up and the the
program exits with the "segmentation-fault" message.
I have tried to reinstall the latest binary, and I believe I have the
necessary libs, but I still get the same error message. I have however not
tried to compile the source (and I still hope I can avoid that).
Has someone had the similiar problem? Does anyone know what I have done
