Win NT installation problem

I have tried to install Octave version 2.0.13 on Win NT 4.00 1381 using
gnu-win32 b19 to install it. I installed everything on drive D (I don't
know if it makes any difference but should I be using C instead of D?) and
when I run on bash install-octave I am getting the following errors:

There's more of them, but I just copied some.

Does anyone have any idea what went wrong?
