mailing list trouble

Oops, I munged the mailing list configuration and everything sent to
the bug-octave and help-octave mailing lists over the past few days
seems to have bounced.

I think I have copies of everything that was sent and I'm going to
start post the messages now.  If you sent a message in the last two or
three days and you don't see it within the next day or so, please send
it again.
