new mailing list for sharing Octave sources

I've created a new mailing list, address@hidden that
is intended to be used for sharing source code (Octave M-files, C/C++,
or Fortran sources and patches) written for Octave.  Its contents will
be reviewed by the Octave maintainers for inclusion in future releases
of Octave.

The new list is not moderated.  Every message that is sent to the list
will be passed on to every member of the list (with a few small
exceptions).

Messages sent to the octave-sources mailing list are available via
anonymous ftp and the WWW at the following URLs:

  ftp://ftp.che.wisc.edu/pub/octave/MAILING-LISTS

The list is managed by majordomo.  If you are interested in joining,
send the following message
