" I need a function "roots" as implemented in matlab.
" It seems to return the roots of a polynom.
" Has anybody implemented such a function for octave ?

"roots" and "roots1" are M-files in MatLab. Therefore, if you have access
to MatLab, you can read them and emulate them in Octave (minor changes
may be needed). If not, come back.
