Complex.h

In attempting to build Octave 1.0 on an HP-UX machine with
gcc I encounter:

 > g++ -c  -I. -I.. -I../liboctave -I. -I./liboctave  -DHAVE_CONFIG_H 
 > -fexternal-templates  -g -
 > O -Wall Array.cc
 > Array.cc:996: Complex.h: No such file or directory
 > make[1]: *** [Array.o] Error 1

What is Complex.h?  I can't find it in the distribution?
Where can I get it?
