compilation problem on sunos-4.1.x

Hello,
I have compilations problem in /src/f-balance.cc; via
tree-const.h; using gcc-2.4.5, libg++-2.4, gmake 3.67, bison 1.22, flex-2.3.8
It 4.1.3 and 4.1.1 I got the same result.

Part of log is as follows:
