GNU make on HP Tandem OSS

Hello All,

I want to install GNU make to a HP Tandem OSS system with such error:

My system environment:
P /users/pauls/make-3.82 231: uname -a
NONSTOP_KERNEL itanium H06 28 NSE-B

The configure error:
checking build system type... Invalid configuration `nse-tandem-nskH06': 
machine `nse-tandem' not recognized
configure: error: /bin/sh config/config.sub nse-tandem-nskH06 failed

>From the FLOSS, I can get the make version of 3.79.1, but I need at least 3.80 
>for building gcc. I really appreciate any kind of help.
