Hi Mark, can you elaborate more on how you arrived at this conclusion?
It sounds like you've put a lot of thought into it over the last few
weeks. I'm still inclined to disagree with any approach that relies on
the developer to know when to "make clean" and when not to, so I am
curious as to why you think that is the best solution.
