GNU make is officially supported on UNIX, DOS, Windows (95/98/NT), VMS,
and Amiga.

I don't know enough about the platforms you mention to know whether a
port would be difficult or not.  If they are more-or-less POSIX-like, it
will be simple.  If they are fairly close to one of the supported ports,
it shouldn't be too hard.  But, AFAIK no one has done those ports.
