Please test C# port for the 0.6.0 release candidate

Thanks to Alexander Gnauck, Libidn now include a C# port.  I have
merged this work in CVS, and I'm going to release 0.6.0 with it in a
few days.

I don't have strong C# knowledge, so consider this a request for
people who are familiar with C# to test the release candidate.  Grab
the latest daily snapshot:
