I am glad you are interested in the project:-)
Here is its HOWTO (http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/user/zhengda/howto.html). You can find out where to get the code and how to setup it.
I have changed eth-multiplexer after writing the HOWTO. I will try to update it recently.
