AFAIK you can't disable certain devices in boot option.  If interrupt 
sharing is the problem, you have two choices: either remove physically 
some of your PCI cards (like sound), or rearrange them in the PCI slots 
so that devices used by GNU Mach (like IDE) don't have shared interrupts.
