porting CdParanoia IV to GNU

Hello!

As the website [1] points, a IV release of CdParanoia is being cooked,
and this one will be a portable, non-Linux-specific version.

I'd like to get CdParanoia ported to the GNU OS (also known as GNU/Hurd),
please could you provide us with information on where to obtain
prerelease code and to send patches to?
