Hmm, have you had a look at Darwin SystemStarter ? It has a pretty good
design. Someone reported that it would be nice to have an
OrderPreference-like feature, as described in
<http://www.opensource.apple.com/projects/documentation/howto/html/SystemStarter_HOWTO.html#plist>.

Uh, sorry I don't respect the Scheme-coding of the mail, but it's a bit
late with maths exams going on. :-)
