Hi!
i've just cross compiled Gnu OS (v 0.2) in an empty ext2 partition in the first
slice of the
first ide disk, and changed the /boot/server.boot according to mi initial
configuration (ext2 filesystem).
My grub configuration for the new OS is composed by the following lines:

root (hd2,0)
kernel /boot/gnumach root=device:hd0s1 -s
module /boot/serverboot

After booting gnu os is loaded in memory, but as system boot the kernel goes in
idle state until i press
a key. Now an orrible kernel panic occours:
......
com0: at atbus0, port=3f8, spl=6 pic=4 (DOS COM1)
com1: at atbus1, port=2f8, spl=6,pic=3 (DOS COM2)
com2: at atbus2, port=3e8, spl=6, pic=5 (DOS COM3)
/*idle state*/
/*key pressing */
/*panic*/
Kernel page fault at adress 0x0, eip = 0x11342c
Kernel page fault trap, eip 0x11342c
kernel trap, type 14, code=0
