random translator

I have digged out a random.tar.gz archive dated Jun 4 with
content dated Jun 23 2001.
To compile it with current Hurd tree I had to adjust some types in
function declarations.
It appears to return some garbage which I assume to be random.

I'll attach the diff because I hope it may be useful to somebody
else trying to get a random translator.
