I don't think you try to understand.  At least that's not how to you
started this thread anyway.

Maybe that was what you tried to do, but that is far from what you
accomplished.  So far all I have seen are blanket assertions regarding
the elitism of the Hurd developers.  Not to mention the fact that 
you think if you started over you could do what has been done over
the last 10 years in, what, 2?

How could we know?  You are the one doing it.  I learned all those
theoretical buzz words in first year of Unversity too.  Maybe you
should try doing something before complaining.
