I'd like to reproduce my current dev environment.

Dependencies are https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Installing_Dependencies
My dev environment is emacs + magit ivy etc

I could reuse the recipe in `guix edit gnucash` but instead to build from
scratch to gain a deeper understanding. The guix reference is too
interconnected.
