I think you can do something like:
(define dot-config
(compute-file "dot-config-skeleton"
#~(begin
(mkdir #$output)
(mkdir (string-append #$output "/guix"))
…)))
and then add it in the list of skeletons like so:
`(…
(".config" ,dot-config))
Does that make sense?
