Dear Sergey,
Based on the GSL documentation, Butterworth filter is not implemented.
There are mainly Gaussian, median and impulse detection filters 
(https://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/doc/latex/gsl-ref.pdf)

You can try looking at:
http://sigpack.sourceforge.net/index.html
for an array of FIR, IIR filter implementations.
