Having given it some consideration, I think that having high-accuracy
versions of a limited number of functions would be outside the scope
of GSL--anyone requiring high-accuracy would probably do better to
work with MPFR directly where they can get guaranteed behavior for all
functions. Thanks for the suggestion though.
