[Help-gsl] Using GSL with Visual C++ 2005 Expression edition

I am sorry that this is a very low-level question.  I
wish to use GSL in VC expression.  How to do it?

1.  Do I need to compile it with VC?  Or is there any
binaray built libray available to download somewhere? 


2.  If I need to compile it?  Do I need to compile
with VC?  How to compile it with VC?

I am willing to spend some time to learn some badic
stuff about compiling.  It will be also nice to get
some general idea about this and apply them to this
problem.
