[Help-gsl] Problem during Make (in Wavlet)

Hello,

I'm compiling GSL for use on an IBM PowerPc (32bit) machine.

After running configure successfully (configured with xlc/xlC, no
optimization options),  I see the following problem in Make.  Any advice
as to why this fails would be appreciated!
