[Help-gsl] problem building gsl 1.5 in cygwin

Hello,

 I am trying to build GSL 1.5  in cygwin using the  Microsoft compiler 
VS 7.1


After having run autogen.sh and  configure successfully,  I got the 
following
compilation problem in the matrix package:

C2061: syntax error : identifier 'gsl_matrix__complex_row'
c:\cygwin\home\moneta\GSL\gsl-1.5\matrix\rowcol_source.c(21) : error 
C2059: syntax error : ';'
c:\cygwin\home\moneta\GSL\gsl-1.5\matrix\rowcol_source.c(21) : error 
C2143: syntax error : missing ')' before '*'
c:\cygwin\home\moneta\GSL\gsl-1.5\matrix\rowcol_source.c(21) : error 
C2143: syntax error : missing '{' before '*'
c:\cygwin\home\moneta\GSL\gsl-1.5\matrix\rowcol_source.c(21) : warning 
C4142: benign redefinition of type

has anybody already seen this ? Any idea how to solve it ?
