I sell compiled versions of GSL on CD for various systems (including
MSVC), the money from sales of the CDs supports the development of
GSL: http://www.network-theory.co.uk/gsl/

Alternatively, GSL can be compiled on Windows with Cygwin or the MinGW
version of gcc.
