Hello,

I've tried to integrate the Nonlinear Least-Squares Fitting example from GSL doc to a C++ project, using MSVC6 on Windows 98. It compiles fine, the results are those expected, but the application crashes imediately after the fit with this message:

"Module:
File: i386\chkesp.c
Line: 42

The value of ESP was not properly saved across a function call. This is usually a result of calling a function declared with one calling convention with a function pointer declared with a different calling convention."

Has anybody encountered this kind of problem? Does anybody have a solution?
Thanks a lot for your time,
Ion
