GRUB for Windows help

Please help on GRUB for Windows in Msys2/Mingw64

Although managed to create Grub image into /boot dir. (in a
exclusive partition) on Windows, still need many more helpout in how one
should use, as easy/similar as in real Arch Linux,  GRUB for Windows as it
has some important utility that's. helpful, ie. grub-mkconfig,
/etc/default/grub, partprobe, etc

Please show every steps to the solution
