This is an issue with Windows Boot Loader, not grub.

As a courtesy, suggest booting into your Windows recovery environment and
running bcdedit. If the output includes "device unknown" or "osdevice
unknown", run:

bcdedit /set default device partiton=X: and

bcdedit /set default osdevice partiton=X: , where X: represents the drive
letter with your problematic OS in your recovery environment. You can find
it by opening notepad and pressing save.

If other devices are reported as "unknown", set the appropriate default as
above. Note: your efi partition will likely be hidden.

For further support I suggest forums focussed on issues with Windows.

Cheers,
