Yes!  It worked!  ...for the most part...  I actually got to see the
menu, but for some reason my keyboard input wasn't recognized.  I tried
pushing down arrow to move the menu selector but it didn't do anything.

Does it matter that I set GRUB_TERMINAL="console gfxterm serial"?  Since
I'll be going to the data center and I'll want the VGA port to work as
well...
