Search for Windows installations from Grub shell |

Hello
I'd like to make a custom Grub menu for a Linux liveCD such that it scanned for
any Windows installations (ranging from XP to 11) in all detected disks and
partitions of the PC, so to use a $var which value depends whether there are no
Windows installations or at least one. Then using this $var as boot parameter
for the Linux liveCD.
At first I imagine it'd be a matter of scanning for any existing "Windows
bootloaders" in all the existing partitions, or something like that...
But, could this be possible and practical?
Thanks.
