Hi folks,
since 5.15
GRUB_GFXMODE=1920x1080
GRUB_GFXPAYLOAD_LINUX="keep"
gives me a colorful horizontal line on the console, immediately after
"loading initrd". The usual kernel output (quiet = off) is not shown.
I don't get a login prompt, either. But I can login on the console by
typing username/password blindly.
vbeinfo shows that this mode is supported. There is no such problem for
5.14, so I wonder what has changed? Can anybody reproduce this?
