I would like to do the following:
1. for each OS listed, replace "(on /dev/sdaN)" with
"(on PartitionsLabel)"
2. replace "GNU/Linux 9 (stretch)" with "GNU/Linux 9.5 (stretch)"
[i.e. specify point release]
3. For the default OS, display the same information as all others
