Is creating a dedicated partition for /boot is needed if i use
GRUB_ENABLE_CRYPTODISK=y ?
Not if GRUB's core image can be installed using "embedding" (not block
lists).
Note : The encryption must use a LUKS container, not plain dm-crypt.
When i grub update there is a message a warning about block vs
partition. What is the good way to install grub2 to avoid this message.
Do you mean update-grub or grub-install ?
Please report the disk layout and the exact full command and message.
