bug report is the goal of this thread.
as for speeding up loading, installing the OS is a 5-30 min process, I'll
take the 15 second hit at the beginning to do ipxe grub installer so that I
get
ipxe's ^b prompt where I can see what is going on: dhcp/config
grub's menu so I can pick between many installers and edit the line on the
fly
