Physical address of kernel boot sector

Hi

I am reading through Linux kernel boot protocol documentation (
https://too.gl/E0jnQr), it shown one memory layout.

In that figure they labeled one memory address as X and specify that, "the
address X is as low as the boot loader permits".

My question:
What is the value of X if I am using grub as boot loader?

Thanking you
Habeeb
