As far as I can tell efibootmgr invocation looks OK
grub-install: info: executing efibootmgr -c -d /dev/nvme0n1 -p 1 -w -L
Parabola -l \EFI\Parabola\grubx64.efi.
BootCurrent: 0003
Timeout: 0 seconds
BootOrder: 0000,0001,0003
Boot0001* para
Boot0003* UEFI: SMI USB DISK 1100, Partition 1
Boot0000* Parabola
Installation finished. No error reported.
How did you add your line that works (show exact command line)? Could
you try the same efibootmgr invocation as grub-install does, to see if
it creates the same broken entry too?
