I've attached the grub.cfg file as grubtest.cfg. Have done some further
testing.

The First menuentry isn't showing on the grub boot screen. The second one I
put the { and commented out the rest of the line right after the name, and it
does show and boots up just fine. On the 3rd one, I also put the comment,
but after the --class os, and it also shows up just fine. so it appears to be
something with --unrestricted or something between it and the {

This line doesn't show

menuentry 'Fedora (fedup) 22 (Twenty Two)' --class fedora --class gnu-linux
--class gnu --class os --unrestricted $menuentry_id_option

Full menu is shown here in quick test on openSUSE Tumbleweed. So I'm afraid it is something specific to your grub version.

This line shows

menuentry 'Fedora (4.2.3-200.fc22.x86_64) 22 (Twenty Two)' {# --class
fedora --class gnu-linux --class gnu --class os --unrestricted

This line does show

menuentry 'Fedora (4.1.10-200.fc22.x86_64) 22 (Twenty Two)' --class fedora

This line doesn't show

These lines show
