either it and/or vga=791?
No, grub2 does not support setting refresh rate.
If neither GRUB_GFXPAYLOAD_LINUX nor GRUB_GFXMODE can provide a known
*supported* video mode to suit the user, why do they even exist?
Any idea why there is no man page on Fedora [19,20,21] for Grub,
Grub2, or grub.cfg?
